Founded in 2001 by Adam and Tomasz Stankiewicz, ATS Display has established its reputation as a POS producer throughout Europe, and even in Africa and the Middle East. The stands, displays and other promotional materials designed and produced by the company are sold in more than 50 countries, where they support marketing campaigns of many well-known international brands. However, in its activities the company does not forget about the local community.
ATS Display’s “employer of the year” award was based on a number of factors. The jury certainly appreciated the company’s precise career path, the system implemented to assess the employee’s potential, conducting trainings and professional courses for employees, organizing English language classes or organizing trips to foreign trade fairs. Every employee of the company can voluntarily join the employer-financed health care system, and on their birthday everyone receives attractive gifts. Exceptional treatment is given to employees who have been working for the success of the company for years. Those with 10 and 15 years experience can count on exceptional gifts – design watches and 3-day stay with an accompanying person in the selected SPA salon.
– As an entrepreneur I started to operate in the commune in 2002 and at first I didn’t know how the fate of our company would turn out. I still remember how two young boys came to me on their bicycles to ask if I wasn’t looking for employees. I decided to hire them and they are working with us to this day. In this connection, I would like to say that I am pleased to receive this award today precisely because for our company people are greatest asset. Starting our activity in Wiązowna Commune we employed 12 people, today there are over 100 of them, including many who work for us for over 15 years. We are very proud of this and we strive to keep our long-term employees at the company for as long as possible – said Adam Stankiewicz, co-founder and Sales Director of ATS Display after receiving the award.
For years, the company’s Management Board has also been involved in charity actions in the commune and district. Last year, for Children’s Day and Christmas Eve, the company financed gifts for day-care centers, as well as supported the Shelter for Homeless Animals in Celestynów. ATS Display also supported the Single Mother’s Home as well as local staffs of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).
